Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address provided when you participate in a campaign (via free entry form or purchased entries), join our newsletter, or become a VIP member.

Age Verification: Confirmation that you are 21 or older, required for participation due to alcohol-related rewards.

Payment Information: Credit card details or other payment data processed securely by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) for purchased entries or memberships. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps collected via cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to improve site performance and user experience.

Communications: Your preferences and correspondence when you contact us, respond to surveys, or interact with our emails.

Nonprofit Partners: Ducks Unlimited [Northeast Illinois Chapter], EIN 05-0433684, and other 501(c)(3) partners for campaign reporting. We typically share aggregated or de-identified data unless specific personal information is necessary for reward fulfillment or legal compliance.

Reward/Distillery Partners: Brands and fulfillment partners solely for delivery/coordination of rewards (e.g., shipping, verification, scheduling); only minimum necessary data is shared.

Legal and Compliance: Government authorities, regulators, auditors, or as required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections and continued adherence to this policy.
